Quality Auditor                                                                      

Provided auditing for all installation jobs performed by Lucent Technologies Installation Quality Auditing, complaint resolution, and technical services.  Managed Quality Database consisting of number of quality audits performed.

¨       Developed, planned, and implemented ISO 2000 to the Installation Team.
