TelQuality Services, Inc, (TSI) was founded in the Spring of 2003 by Carolyn Swearengen and Don Hale, with over 50 years of combined Telecommunication experience. TSI was formed for Telecommunication companies without a supporting Quality Organization. Based in the USA, in 2009 TSI has also partnered with FoQual in Malaysia for an Asia Pacific presence.
Whether it be in the area of Central Office Installation, Cell Site Installation, Outside Plant (OSP), Vendor/Customer Quality Systems, ISO 9000/TL9000, Auditing or Training, TSI can put a Quality Improvement Plan in place for your company's needs.
Quality Professionals
When you request a Service from TSI, you will be assisted by a well qualified person we term as a Quality Professional. Quality Professionals have varied backgrounds in Telecommunications ranging from Trainers, Installation Installers and Managers to Quality Consultants, Managers, ISO 9000/TL9000 Lead Auditors, Quality System implementation and more.
All Quality Professionals carry IDs and a positive attitude toward your company.
Operations
Our day to day operations are carried out at individual Virtual Offices. Since our services are performed mostly at the client's site, we have no need for store front business offices and associated overhead costs. Our savings from reduced operation expenses are passed on to you through lower TSI fees.
