Meet the Executive Team
Don Hale
President & Co Founder
Don has over 39
years experience in the Telecommunications Industry with Western
Electric/AT&T/Lucent Technologies. His
career includes 7 years as an Installer and 7 yars as
a Job Supervisor. During this period he gained hands-on experience with Central
Office infrostructure and installation of various
equipment types from Toll, Step-X-Step to Digital Switches.
For his next 25+ years of service, Don worked as a Quality Consultant
performing Installation Workmanship and ISO9000/TL9000 Audits, and
as a Quality Manager for 18 States. As Quality Manager, he was responsible for maintaining ISO
TL9000 certification, Installation Workmanship,TL9000 Audits and
deployment of
Quality Consultants as well as interfacing with customers such as AT&T, Verizon,
BellSouth and SBC to lesser known
companies such as MetroPC, Cincinnati Bell and a host
of Wireless companies.

Carolyn
Swearengen
Vice President & Co Founder
Carolyn has over 10 years experience in the Telecommunications
Industry with Lucent Technologies. Her expertise is in
ISO9000/TL9000 and has functioned as a certified ISO lead auditor,
managed Quality Management Systems, including development and
maintenance of ISO Quality Manuals.
Carolyn also has experience performing Installation Quality
Workmanship Audits on Central Office infrastructure, Digital
and Cellular Systems and in training Installation forces in ISO and Installation Standards.

Lawrence
Castillo
Director of Operations - Asia Pacific
Lawrence has over 40
years experience in the telecommunications Industry. He is
experienced in Central Office infrastructure, Digital and
Analog Systems, Cellular, and Outside Plant (OSP), including
Fiber Optic Systems to name a few. Lawrence's understanding
of Customer and Industry Standards for Installation Quality
Workmanship, as well as being a certified ISO 9000/TL9000 lead
auditor, ranks him at the very top in the world among his
colleagues and is well respected by those in the industry.
Larry has managed and engaged in quality activities
on many special projects in the U.S., Europe, and 11 countries
in Asia
Pacific. He is currently working with our affiliate FoQual in Malaysia.
